Brainspotting is a powerful, focused treatment method that works by identifying, processing and releasing core neurophysiological (brain and body-based) sources of emotional/body pain, trauma, dissociation and a variety of other challenging symptoms.

Brainspotting reduces intensity or strength of symptoms (anxiety, depression, panic, etc.), the length of time these episodes last, and aids in quicker recovery time after episodes of challenge and stress.
